Yoga is an ancient, powerful set of principles, movements and activities to nurture physical and mental health and wellbeing. Everyone can 'do' yoga; as it focuses on where you are now, and what you, personally, want to achieve.
Come along to enjoy 60 mins of strengthening, toning, stretching, nourishing and deeply relaxing yoga, in a friendly, inclusive environment. Move and open your body, and still your mind, to achieve truly transformational health benefits.
Mats and yoga props are provided - just bring yourself and comfortable clothing. This order covers all 5 Thursdays in October and all classes will be held at 21 Manor Park, Bath BA1 3RJ.
